Pastor Oscar and his team of faithful volunteers continue to serve prisoners by conducting bilingual worship services, mediating with family members upon inmates’ release, providing immediate needs, directing them to jobs, and providing mentoring.

This year, Celebrate Ministries reached its 25th anniversary of their weekly services in the prison of Jess Dunn Correctional Center in Oklahoma.
